Eng. Abdul Kader Al Moamar
Founder & CEO
A legacy built one project at a time.
In 1991, Eng. Abdul Kader Al Moamar founded Al-Samra Electromechanical Establishment. One workshop grew into a group: contracting, central AC, engineering.
Today, Al Moamar Air Conditioning Establishment carries that 35-year legacy forward — combining the discipline of decades-old engineering practice with a modern factory, certified team, and four branches across the eastern coast.
“Your comfort is our responsibility.”
